What it Means to become a Member
We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) volunteer service organization, and as a member you will join the proud ranks of men and women who over the years have had the privilege of honoring those who have served and serve our nation at our Annual Dinner. At this festive occasion, you will have an opportunity to meet representatives of our community to celebrate our military’s contributions and commitment to this great nation.
The Armed Forces Committee also donates to military relief funds that provide need base assistance to active-duty and retired service members. You will also have an opportunity to give your time by helping area veterans in need.
We also recognize the exceptional achievement of outstanding leaders from the area Junior ROTC and ROTC programs. We present the Outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer award for exceptional service and the Award of Merit to an exceptional citizen of the year.
