Outstanding NCO Award NOMINATION FOR YEAR 2016 Please use this form as a guide for submitting your nomination for the Outstanding NCO Award. The criteria are:

1. The nominee must be a Non-Commissioned Officer as defined by the regulations of the nominee’s branch of Service
2. The nominee must be a current member in good standing of an Active or Reserve Component of the U.S. Armed Services
3. The nominee should have demonstrated substantial service to the Armed Forces or the community through leadership and achievement

Your nomination should arrive no later than January 29, 2016. Your nomination is not restricted to the space on this form. You may attach additional information you believe is important for considering your nominee.
